B. A Story About Feelings:
Talk to someone in the classroom about a time when he or she had a strong feeling and felt good about how they expressed or acted on that feeling. Write down your classmate's answers to these questions.

2) What made you have that feeling?
3) Now write or draw your classmates story of what they did about the feeling.
C. Feeling Collage:
Write the name of a feeling in a circle in the center of the page. Cut out pictures from magazines that have to do with that feeling. The pictures could show things that make you feel that way, or they could show people expressing that feeling. Paste the pictures around the outside of the circle.
D. Song Writing:
Below are some verses to a song about feelings. Pretend you are a songwriter and complete the blanks in the song. Then try making up a verse of your own. Do not worry if you can not make it rhyme, just write down your ideas. You can make up a rhythm or a tune too, if you want.
You gotta stop, stop, and name your feeling.
Gotta stop, stop, so you know how you feel.
Gotta think, think, whatcha gonna do now
