The Process

Phase1- Backgroud of Framers of the Constitution

Using the links provided, research the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787.Please take written notes about the Constitutional Convention and the delegates, also known as the �Framers.�You will need to find three or four facts about the Convention in 1787 to share with the class.  http://www.congressforkids.net/Constitution_delegates.httml

Phase2- Brainstorming Research Framer

You will chose 3 Framers of the Constitution and fill out a Framer Form about the delegate. Print off 3 Framer Forms  1 for each Framer. Forms can be found by clicking on resource 1. In resource 2 you will find the URL website: Founding Fathers.  All the information needed to complete phase 2 will be found here.    

Phase 3- Final Project

The final phase will consist of a detailed presentation of delegate chosen in the Brainstorming phase. You will need to refer to resources 2, 3, and 4, located at the bottom of this page. You will find the guidelines for this project in resource 4.  In this project you will need greater detail about your delegate, so refer back to Founding Fathers that is located in resource 2. Resource 3 explains how to reference your work using power point. Please feel free to ask question and remember UNCLE SAM is counting on YOU!
