Leave No Trace

Collect dried sticks and kindling for your fire.
Arrange the kindle in a small ball to start the flame in a fire pit.
Arrange the sticks into a teepee tent shape over the kindling. (The kindling should fill up the inside of the teepee).
Light the kindling and feed more to the fire to have the sticks catch flame.
(*optional) Roast marshmallows for a nice treat.
When the fire has died down and gone out throw sand onto the ashes.
Remove the ashes from the fire pit safely and spread them in a large area that isn't visited frequently.
