To complete the task, you have to:

Work in pairs or in trios.
Download and read the handout 'TELEPHONE WEBQUEST' and follow the instructions to complete the tasks.
Go to the page 'Title', click on the links, read the information and answer the questions in the handout.
Then go to the page 'Introduction', read it and answer the questions.
After that go to the page 'Task', click on the link and watch the Power Point Presentation. Answer the questions.
Click on the links on this page ('Process') and read the information about telephone conversations.
Answer the questions in your handout.
Finally, carry out the evaluation on the 'Evaluation' page.
