  1. With the help of your parents, use the following websites to research healthy foods that you can include in your diet. For example, instead of having potato chips as a snack, you can have carrot sticks instead. Instead of apple pie, you can have apple slices with cinnamon.
  2. Using Microsoft Word, open up the 1st resource file below. This will be your meal plan! You will use the foods you found while researching and plug them in to the different meals of the day.
  3. You are allowed to cheat on your meal plan two times a week! Use these time slots wisely!! This cheating may include small portions of "junk food".
  4. After you and your parent make a meal plan, you can then research different activities and exercises that you love to do!
  5. Using Microsoft Word, open up the 2nd resource file below. This will be your exercise plan! Use the fitness activities you decided were your favorite and plan out at least three times during the week that work best for you to do these activities. Each activity should be done for at least 30 minutes!
  6. Place your plans somewhere that you and your family can see it and check it periodically. Get out and try your activities and try some new foods. You can always change things or add new things to your meal/exercise plans!
