This project will take seven lessons. Each lesson will take place in the ICT classroom and will take 50 minutes. We will help you to get the best results. 

Lesson 1:
The teacher is going to divide the class into groups. Each group must have 5 members. You will be introduced to the webquest and the task will be explained. The teacher is also going to show you some useful links which will help you to get an idea and inspiration to start the project.


Lesson 2:
Each member of the group decides about the tasks and the function he/she is going to have. The teacher is going to tell what each member has to do. This is the division:
Member 1:  chooses four links from the six links from the list below. From every link he picks two different recipes which are good examples of healthy food. He also has to give the reasons why he has chosen them. He helps member four to make the recipes during lesson 3 and four. These are the links:

Member 2: has to make a flyer. The flyer should have a menu card on it. Member 2 visits http://www.ehow.com/how_5017264_create-restaurant-menu-card.html and chooses three of the many templates. During lesson 3 he presents the examples he has chosen and gives the reasons.

Member 3: designs the logo and the name of the restaurant. Member 3 visits http://www.populararticles.com/article168846.html   and reads seven steps about creating the name of the restaurant and then thinks of three optional names and writes them down. During lesson three, he presents the names to the rest of the group and they vote which name is the best. He also visits these three links and chooses one wich is the most suitable to design the logo.

Member 4: together with member 1 are responsible for the recipes. He visits the websites http://www.epicurious.com/recipesmenus/healthy/recipes?browseByAtt=119

and chooses three recipes. From these three recipes he makes a list of twenty usuful expressions for writing the preparation of the dish, e.g. heat over, toss apples etc.

Member 5: is the leader of the group. He /she prepares the powerpoint presentation and makes sure everybody has the same amount of speaking time. He also chooses one of these two websites and takes notes on how to make a nice menu card.



Lesson 3:
Member one who has searched for the information about healthy food is sharing it with the other members. Everybody is taking notes which are needed for their parts. The teacher is checking the notes the pupils are taking. This lesson is also a brain-storm about the ideas and the time for giving tips about the project. For the next lesson everybody has to come with their first drafts.


Lesson 4:
During this lesson the teacher checks the status of the project and is supervising and helping pupils out when they have questions. The pupils are working on their tasks and they finalise the project.
 

Lesson 5: 
This is the last lesson when the project is going to be completed. Members are practicing for the presentation. They can still ask teacher the questions.


Lesson 6 and 7: 
During those two lessons the presentations will be given.
