This section outlines how you are expected to accomplish the task in this WebQuest.

Discuss the requirements of the assignment with your colleagues; arrange a programme of work over the next four weeks that will include:
-  Ensuring you can get access to the various resources (print and online), plus any supplementary resources that can enhance your understanding of major issues
-  Analysing the macro environment and identifying significant factors that are likely to have an impact on the work of solicitors; this may involve semi-structured interviews with a range of different stakeholders
-  Creating a series of plausible recommendations in a management report for presentation to the senior management team in a medium-sized firm of local solicitors.

2  Design and create a presentation of the principal findings as a pecha kucha, with brief supporting commentary, and place it in YouTube

3  Create your individual reflection on what you have learned from this module; identify, in particular, where you will have to build on existing managerial competences as part of your continuing professional development.
