Process
Task 1
Form a group of 5 people. Each person in the group will be responsible for researching 1 of the 5 main food groups. You will use the websites below to fill out the worksheet "Food Group"
Task 2
Using the information you researched and the websites, you will fill in the worksheet "Where Does It Belong?" This activity can be completed as a group.
Task 3
Time to create your 3 healthy meals! Using the information you have researched and your worksheets, you and your group must create 3 healthy meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Use the worksheet "My Healthy Meal" to complete your task!
