This page is dedicated to all information needed to complete your trip expense report. Below you will find checklists, links, and examples to assist you in creating your vacation expense report.
Your expense report will detail your expected expenses. There will be some items that are estimates, but that will still give you and your audience an idea of how much your trip will cost. You will create one workbook with five different worksheets; Transportation/Travel, Hotel, Activities, Food, and Total. Each worksheet should contain formulas to calculate the estimated costs and should represent ALL members traveling with you.
You will use Microsoft Excel to create your expense report.
