Holocaust: Nightmare or Necessity?
The Holocaust was not an event that took place in a single day or even in a single year. It took place over the course of several years and effected many. Take a look at some of these sites for even more details on the events that occurred during this time.
Your homework for this weekend, is to complete a 10-15 slide PowerPoint summarizing the major events of the Holocaust. Remember, each slide must include at least 1 picture and commentary on why this event or person was important. Dates would be a great added feature. I do not want to see a list of your vocabulary words in PowerPoint format. No two PowerPoints should have the identical words used as this is an individual project. This is your view of what is most important. It does not have to be information we covered but additional items you find important and interesting. I will allow up to one type of weapon to be mentioned IF you can explain its technological advances and how it helped a particular side. Test questions for your unit exam will be taken from this assignment.
