Getting It Right at Ground Zero

You are writing an editorial to be sent to the New York Times. The City of New York is allowing the public to submit opinions on what should be put at Ground Zero, where the attacks on 9/11 took place in New York City. It is going to be your job to conduct research, establish your own opinion, and write to the New York Times as a concerned and helpful citizen of the United States.
