Work, Power and Simple Machines

How do we perform work and what is power?  What would life be like with out simple machines?  Think about that for a moment.  If we didn't have the 6 simple machines what would our lives be like?  During this webquest you will be exploring these questions and developing answers for them.  As you go through the resources make sure that you take note of the big ideas and see if you can answer the essential questions listed below.   Write these questions in your notebook and refer back to them often and fill in answers or possibilities as you come upon them.
