Under the Sea - Adding and Subtracting

Fred the fantastic fish is throwing a party under the sea!
He wants to invite all of his friends: the turtles, the starfish, the salmon, the clown fish, the angel fish, and the sea horses.

But Fred has a problem! Right before his party, some of his friends could not make it!
Then, some of his friends invited more to come.
Fred needs to figure out how many of his fantastic friends are coming to the party!
