Fruit and Vegetables, are required in our daily eating schedule. We should have two serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables everyday. This will help us become big and strong, with shiny hair, big muscles, and nice smiles.
To become the best sports player and to live a healthy lifestyle with little worries when you are older, fruit and vegetables are the best option for little, growing bodies.
