You have just been approached by a cricket farmer at your National Headquarters in Raleigh.  He tells you that he has the newest, hottest idea since sliced bread.  He wants you to write up a proposal to help develop a national campaign for candy covered crickets.  He wants you to decide whether to go with the flavor covered crickets or to totally scrap the idea of trying to sell candy covered crickets.  You must use the four P�s (product, place, price and promotion) of marketing to decide which side that you will be on.
You must identify the target market for cricket candy, by discussing the geographic, psychographic, demographic and behavioral responses to this type of idea.  Be sure to indicate the type of market segmentation that you will use.  

At the end of this WebQuest, you should be able to properly identifiy the 4 P's of the marketing mix and to make accurate assessments that correlates with each area.
