Cave Paintings and the People that Created Them.
Introduction
Who are you? Who are your People? Who would you be if you lived in ancient times before the Greeks and Romans, but after dinosaurs? Sixth grade visual art students will work in groups and research different countries for cave paintings and the culture of people that created them. Students will create a cave painting of their own that tells a story, and they will also create a culture of people that match their country of choice and cave painting.
