Punctuation Marks

Introduction

20100415074435DyryD.jpg

Every sentence we speak or read has to have an ending punctuation mark. We need to know when one sentence ends and another begins. How do we know if a sentence needs a period, a question mark, or an exclamation point? How do we know a question is a question instead of a statement? By the end of this lesson you will be able to recognize if a sentence is asking a question, showing emotion, or just simply a statement. Also you will be able to identify the correct punctuation that belongs at the end of that sentence.
