Hello everyone, how are you today?

On this occasion we will discuss one of the tenses, namely the Present Perfect Tense, when referring to the word 'Present' means now and 'Perfect' which means perfect.

Then we can draw the conclusion that the Present Perfect Tense is a tense used to describe an activity that has been carried out at this time. It is called Perfect because the activity has occurred or has been completed completely at present (present).
Then the Present Perfect Tense uses have / has which means 'already'. Be careful, here the meaning of have / has is 'already' not 'have', because it has a meaning which has to be followed by noun / noun not verb / verb.
