"The goal of education is not to increase the amount of knowledge but to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover, to create men who are capable of doing new things." - Jean Piaget

As Piaget stated, a teacher's role is to encourage students to think independently, learn to express their ideas, and to enable their unique learning styles. To fulfill this role, teachers must understand each student's learning strategies and thought processes. Let's begin by discussing the differences between cognitive, behavioral, and social cognitive learning styles.
