The Million Dollar Cook-Off

Imagine that Gordon Ramsay will be hosting a million dollar cook-off for the United States!  The cook-off will take place at the beginning of July, but Chef Ramsay is in need of chefs to participate.  He has since invited all children in the elementary schools of the nation to take part in a contest.  Each state will have one winner who will be awarded the ultimate prize of being offered a spot in the final cook-off.
