The Fantastic Voyage

During this Webquest, you will shrink down to the size of an mRNA (messenger Ribonucleic Acid) molecule and embark on a virtual field trip from the nucleus of an animal cell to the cell’s plasma membrane.  Along the way you will explore and examine the many essential stops and changes the mRNA must make as well as the future roles of the resulting proteins.
