Introduction
There are many benefits of physical activities and risk of not having physical activities. It is proven that the lack of physical activities can cause strokes, diabetes, and cancer. Globally 23% of Adults and 81% of children in school are not getting enough exercise. It is quiet hard to get people to move and me active. Other Important features of physical activities is your body becomes healthy, and sports are not the same thing as physical activities.
