In you life, do you really know who your friends are? As we travel along the road of our lives, friends do come and go. There are those who will just pass by bu there are those, though less in number, who will be by your side until the end or even beyond. Jesus was sent here in earth as a human. Does he have friends to? Of course yes. And these friends are also His followers- followers in love and faith. Who are these friends? How did they become His' friends? Did they fulfill their mission as being one of the chosen Friends of Jesus? They are called the apostles. they are the chosen friends of Jesus. As they were called, a mission was bestowed upon them. It was not just a mission that could be accomplished in a day, rather, it was a mission until the day of their death comes. The first mission was to become a witnesses: witnesses of His' teachings, miracles, passion, death and resurrection. they became witnesses of our salvation. their lives wasn't easy. Along their journey, they met numbers of difficulties. and even their death was inhumane. But still, because of their faith, they stood up and faced of all these without ignoring their faith.
