When being active it is very important to know your heart rate zone, body type, and nutrient level. You'll need to know these things in order to perform certain activities for a specific duration of time or for the intensity level of the activity in which you indulge in. Many of us understand the importance of nutrition and exercise but what about the individuals who doesn't? For example knowing your correct body type, knowing how to find your heart rate zone,and really understanding your nutrient level. The purpose of this webquest is to prepare you the students (Group of 3) on three concepts that will help you Identify, analyze and evaluate movement concepts, mechanical principles, safety considerations and strategies/tactics regarding movement performance in a variety of physical activities before creating your obstacle course.
