There are so many things to learn about the Mississippi River! After reading the books The Mississippi River by Allan Fowler and Mississippi by Diane Siebert together in class, you will be ready to begin your web quest. This web quest will prepare you for the field trip to the Tunica River Park. In the midst of the many things you will see, you will investigate three main topics. The first thing you will look for at the River park is the different kinds of animals in and around the Mississippi River. Another item you will investigate is the history of the Mississippi River. Lastly, you will enjoy seeing how people have used the Mississippi River for transportation.
