When you read such claims about milk, you might wonder how manufacturers make all these improvements. Ultra high temperature processing or food preservative adding and flavoring are often responsible.

 

 

Lately, people awareness of the milk's processing and the preservatives usage which could give bad influence to milk's nutrition has emerged. Furthermore, according to the Indonesian Health Ministry notes, it is found 15 poisoning cases over the last 3 months in 5 big different cities in Indonesia. This condition leads to the Indonesian Consumer Association to focus and discuss this issue in the conference which held on April 15th, 2009.

 

 

In order to become more aware of the milk's nutrient in which  processing and the preservatives take a part in it, you are asked to discover the preservatives, the processing in term of packaging and storage.

Later, you will analyze and evaluate what is the cause of poisoned case and make a short recommendation to the conference. Your report will be sent to the organizers and will be incorporated into their upcoming discussion on milk preservation.
