khljjk khghfggh   Speaking is an interactive process ofconstructing meaning that involves producing and receiving and processinginformation (Brown, 1994; Burns &Joyce, 1997). Its form and meaning aredependent on the context in which it occurs, including the participantsthemselves, their collective experiences, the physical environment, and thepurposes for speaking. It is often spontaneous, open-ended, and evolving. However, speech is not always unpredictable. Speaking requires that learners notonly know how to produce specific points of language such as grammar, pronunciation, or vocabulary (linguistic competence), but also that theyunderstand when, why, and in what ways to produce language (sociolinguisticcompetence).

When we speak, we use much more thanjust words. We also communicate with our face, our hands, and even our ownbody. This kind of communication can be called "bodylanguage"or"non-verbal communication". Non-verbal communicationnot only includes how we move our body, but also hand gestures, facialexpressions including eye contact, and how we use our voice. Psychologistsestimate that between 60% and 80% of all of our communication with other peopleis non-verbal. We communicate a wide range of information non-verbally. Wealso show our feelings, attitudes, moods, hopes and wishes far betterwith non-verbal language than with words. So we will believe the non-verbalfacial expression. In the end, his words will not succeed in communicatinghis message. If we want to succeed in our everyday conversations, we reallymust learn to "speak" with our body well!
