Mathematical Treasure Hunts are a fantastic way to engage students in meaningful learning and to consolidate understanding of a topic. On this WebQuest, students will participate in a treasure hunting activity which will test and expand their knowledge of the different types of angles and those in their surroundings. Students will have the opportunity of demonstrating a sound understanding of the nature and operation of technology systems. Students will practice how to discipline themselves and understand the ethical, cultural, and societal issues related to technology.They will be given the opportunity to practice responsible use of technology systems, information, and software. This will in turn develop positive attitudes toward technology uses that support lifelong learning,collaboration, personal pursuits, and productivity in students. A WebQuest  enhance learning, increase productivity and promotes creativity within the learning environment. Students use productivity tools to collaborate in constructing technology-enhanced models, prepare publications, and produce other creative works. Also, students will use technology to locate, evaluate, and collect information from a variety of sources; in that, they will be instructed to process data and report results. They will evaluate and select new information, resources and technological innovations based on the appropriateness for specific task given.
