They weren�t born that way. They have fitness trainers and nutrition specialists who help them maintain their level of fitness daily. Their trainers know how important it is to assist their clients to look and feel good so they can perform at an optimal level.
People of all shapes and sizes need help with the task of looking better and feeling better. Obesity is a major problem many people are facing today. But there is often the opposite problem.
