Fast Food Challenge

Congratulations!!!! You are the owner of a winning raffle ticket. As the winner, you are entitled to 3 meals of fast food everyday for the next year. The only problem is that your mom won�t let you cash in the ticket until you can prove that you are an educated consumer. She wants you to show her that you have read and understand the latest fast food and obesity articles and that you know your nutritional needs and have a nutrition plan to meet those needs before you can redeem your ticket.
