Get Fit for Life



You are a High School student that hasn't been feeling well.  Upon a visit to your doctor, you've discovered that you are pre-diabetic.  Your doctor has recommended you start a regular fitness program and better eating habits to control your blood sugars and  help prevent you from becoming a diabetic that requires medication.  

You will explore various exercise programs to get you up and moving and how they will contribute to overall fitness, healthy foods and nutritional guidelines to improve your eating habits, and you will develop, based on your research, a fitness program to participate in for a lifetime of fitness.  Remember:  VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE!
