Johnny Tremain: Fact of Fiction

As a class, we have been reading the novel Johnny Tremain and studying the American Revolution. The novel depicts many historical events mixed with memorable characters.

The Smithsonian museum is considering whether or not to use Esther Forbes novel as a backdrop for their summer exhibit "Tribute to American Independence". They have hired your team to investigate the events and historical figures to decide what is fact and what is fiction.

Each member will perform a specific role to seek the truth. Your team will present your findings via a brochure, magazine, and living timeline.
