 Take a minute and think about what you are eating for lunch? Do you know how they prepare your lunches at school, does the lunch come frozen or do they just warm it up in a big warming oven or do they make it fresh at school everyday? We all do not know because we do not think about how our lunches are being prepared for us? Are the lunch�s we eat at school healthy for us? We need to ask ourselves are we eating healthy foods and are the schools making sure we are not eating foods that we are allergic too.
