Evaluation and grading of the project will be based on the following criteria.

Names, classification, use, and picture of each instrument	Contains 25% of items required	Contains 50% of items required	Contains 75% of items required	Contains 100% of items required	25%
Spelling, grammar, organization, and APA citations. Note: plagiarized cards will be given a grade of zero and reported to the Dean for academic dishonesty.	Contains many errors	Contains some errors	Contains few errors	Contains no errors	25%
