Now that you have explored LIVING, LEARNING and WORKING, it is time for you to help compose your IEP. You will need to schedule a meeting with Mrs. Stevens to complete the transition page of your IEP (part B). You will need to bring with you the results of your LIVING, LEARNING and WORKING processes. You will also need to review the attached document. You will be evaluated on how clearly you can communicate your post-secondary decisions.
