The evaluation of your work will be based on your effort towards the research and knowledge that you acquired, your ability to design an appropriate nutrition and exercise planner, the creation of a PowerPoint slideshow, and the actual presentation of your slideshow.  Each criteria will be further discussed in the following evaluation rubric.

The student was able to identify the means of a healthy diet and create at least three healthy meals for each day. The student created only one healthy meal for each day or planned meals that aren't appropriate for this assignment. The student planned two healthy meals for each day. The student planned three healthy meals for each day. The student planned three healthy meals for each day touching base with all five healthy food groups. 25%
The students were able to implement the information they gathered from their sources onto a PowerPoint slideshow that illustrates their daily diet and exercise routines. The students were not able to create a slideshow of the information they gathered. The students were able to create a slideshow, but it was very vague, dull, and contained a very little amount of facts. The students were able to create a very factual and sensible slideshow that illustrated their planner very well. The students were able to create a very animated slideshow that was full of factual information and was extremely professional. 25%
The student was able to participate in their group presentation and knew the material very well, as they presented the material in a professional manner. The student did not participate at all in the group presentation. The student participated very little during the group presentation. The student participated appropriately during the group presentation and knew the material very well. The student participated appropriately during the group presentation, knew the material very well, and was very professional throughout the entirety of the presentation. 25%
