Bring your packet home and reflect on the master class you have attended today. Write a one-page reflective essay on what you have learnedtoday of no less than 350 words. Questions to consider: what point stood out to you the most? Is anything still confusing to you? If so, what needs more clarity? Would you want to ask Ms. Arvold any additional questions? If so, what would you want to ask her? How will you apply what you have learned today to the 12 guideposts as outlined by Shurtleff? This essay, packet, and your checklist are due next class period.
