Your performance will be rated in four areas.  The first area is the quality of the Spread Sheet.  The second area is the graph created from your data.  The third area is the one paragraph explanation that answers if spending more money will lead to a better chance to win the World Series.  The fourth area is the quality of the letter that was created to send to the MLB owner.  Below is a more detailed explanation of expectations for this WebQuest.

Professional letter constructed with little explanation and/or wrong conclusion from data. Anywhere from 2-5 spelling or grammar errors. Professional letter constructed with above average explanation with 1 spelling or grammar error. Professional letter constructed with excellent explanation and no spelling or grammar errors.
