The evaluation of your final itinerary will be based on how you successfully incorporated the three elements of your research.  The directions to and from each city on the book tour must be accurately portrayed with the elements of accomodation and venue events highlighted.  You must have accurate mileage calculations between each city, hotel location and venue location in the proper order of sequence in which they are scheduled, along with fuel estimates for each portion of the trip based on a vehicle which gets 25 miles per gallon.
