PROCESS:

The first part of the assignment will be done individually,
1. You need to read about the food groups in My Plate
-Grains, Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Proteins, Oils

2. Write down foods that you eat that would fit in each category of My Plate

3. In a group of two or three, check eachothers foods in their food groups- Do those foods all fit in the categories correctly? Did they put a food in the wrong group? Help each other out!!

4. Draw a big circle on a sheet of paper
-draw and write the names of your foods down like My Plate
