Salem Witch Trials

Now that you have some background of the Salem Witch Trials, we will begin to read The Crucible by Arthur Miller. The play, The Crucible, is considered historical fiction. Historical fiction is is defined as movies and novels in which a story is made up but is set in the past and sometimes borrows true characteristics of the time period in which it is set.
