Conclusion
You have now finished the design of your dream bedroom. You had many decisions to make, but used what we have learned about spreadsheets to organize and finalize your purchases. Using what you know about calculating sales tax and adding additional costs, you have furnished your room within the given budget. This all comes together through the detailed design shown in the scale drawing you created of your very own room.
In the future, you will find these skills useful in many different ways. The use of spreadsheets and the formulas within can help you organize and calculate information very quickly. Spreadsheets can be used in school, at home, and their use is not limited to shopping. Knowing how to make an accurate scale drawing will come in handy whenever you are trying to represent anything in the real world that is too large to fit on a single sheet of paper.
It is my hope that you enjoyed learning some new skills with the fun of creating something that could be your very own. Using what you've learned you can even go a step further to create plans for a fantastic game room, playground, or an entire house. The fun doesn't have to end!
