Management Roles of the LPN

After completing and submitting your work, you have experienced some of the role responsibilities of a nurse manager. Although the exercises were simulations, it required you to use problem solving skills to deal with conflict management, delegation and proper communication. Being expected to function in a leadership role as a new LPN holds a whole new set of challenges only touched upon in nursing school.
