Basic Sewing Techniques

This activity allows students to understand the importance of basic hand stitches in Clothing and Textiles.  The assignment focuses on  basic hand stitches.  Many student disregard the subject Clothing and Textiles because of the techniques that it requires while some school refuses to incorporate the subject clothing and textile in their curriculum.  Students who do this assignment will be able to take from their research and tasks how important the subject Clothing and textiles is as they will learn the from the basics.  They will learn the categories of basic hand stitches and they different types of basic hand stitches
