Childhood: Pretty's Got Nothing to Do With It
Conclusion
From this point forward, I hope that you see advertisements (commercials), movies, magazines, and billboards differently. Female children make up half the population, but in movies they are only represented a third of the time, and even then most commonly only in supporting roles. What's the purpose? Why indoctrinate children to see girls and women as homemakers and babysitters rather than engineers and scientists?
Make a difference as you finish school and relate to others. Boys, choose to see girls as humans, not objects. Girls, choose to see yourselves as capable, not worthless.
How pretty you are has nothing to do with intelligence or how much good you can do in the world.
