Congratulations, you have successfully finished this web quest. 

Scientists classify animals into two groups, vertebrates and invertebrates, then into subgroups,  you have studied 5 vertebrates, fish, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, and birds are vertebrates, while insects are invertebrates. These groups are classify  by their adaptations. Some adaptations include feathers, scales, and even the number of feet. There are 2 mammals that lay eggs. One is a platapus, it lays eggs, has a duck bill, has a beaver tail, and have a thick coat of fur. Each group is unique and very much different from the others.
