This WebQuest is to help students define the renaissance with the use of technology and research. Not only was there an awakening from the dark ages, but an awakening for today's students to learn about how things were before and during the renaissance period that still has an impact on our life styles today. The use of technology helps students do the research, gather data and make connections with what they know in a vivid and holistic way. Students can learn through the senses and get a realistic view of historic events that took place centuries ago.
The powerpoint presentation can be used in your students portfolios, to teach other students and use as in informational tool. Students, you should be proud of your accomplishment.
