Physical Fitness should be a way of life.  All of us struggle with issues surrounding our health from weight control to diseases.  Exercise provides so many benefits that each of us should participate in some form of activity on a regular basis to maintain a strong, vibrant body as well as sound mental health.  This WebQuest should have taken you on a journey of exploration to learn about what constitutes fitness, how to achieve it, how proper nutrition plays a vital role in your health, and what options are open to you to achieve physical fitness throughout your lifetime.

What choices will you make today to guide you on a path of fitness for the rest of your life?  Take care of your body because it is the only one you've been given.   It's a wonderful instrument if you keep it tuned properly!  I hope you found a variety of ways to stay active and keep yourself motivated.  EXERCISE CAN BE FUN!
